THE ULTIMATE GOAL OF THE FAMILY OF CHRIST

.....For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named...(Ephesians 3:14-15).

The Church of Jesus Christ is a family. Christians belong to this family. We all answer the same name- Jesus Christ. We also have one foundation which is Jesus Christ. Glory to him forever Members of the family of Christ should have one goal; making Jesus known to the nations. Matthew 24:14 “And the Good News about the Kingdom will be preached throughout the whole world, so that all nations will hear it; and then the end will come.” Take note of the words “good news” in this verse. This is the gospel of Christ; it’s always good news that causes the hearts of men to rejoice. 

The gospel message of Christ is summarized in 1 Corinthians 15:1-5(NLT) “Let me now remind you, dear brothers and sisters, of the Good News I preached to you before. You welcomed it then, and you still stand firm in it. It is this Good News that saves you if you continue to believe the message I told you—unless, of course, you believed something that was never true in the first place. I passed on to you what was most important and what had also been passed on to me. Christ died for our sins, just as the Scriptures said. He was buried, and he was raised from the dead on the third day, just as the Scriptures said.”

In the gospel message of Christ, no bad news, no killing or destruction. We’re to exercise our dominion in the name of Jesus Christ over devils with their wiles. The gospel instill life to its hearers. If it’s not the good news of the sufferings of Christ and his glorification with the benefits, then it’s never the gospel nor the word of God. This is our highest priority as believers; spreading the good news of Christ salvation for the salvation of the unsaved, for absolute freedom of the oppress and for the proper growth of believers.

The message of our Father and King who is also the head of our race, is for the good of believers and unsaved. Romans 1:16-17 “For I am not ashamed of this Good News about Christ. It is the power of God at work, saving everyone who believes—the Jew first and also the Gentile. This Good News tells us how God makes us right in his sight. This is accomplished from start to finish by faith. As the Scriptures say, “It is through faith that a righteous person has life.” This good news about Jesus’ sufferings and glorification with the benefits that followed is the power at work in the family of Christ. 

If the believer is hearing this consistently, the Holy Ghost(Christ in a man) will work  in Him, and through him, manifesting the absolute goodness of God he’d received in Christ salvation. He’ll make all things beautiful. The unsaved will receive power to be saved; be born anew by the Spirit with this same good news. The good news of Christ salvation is the highest benefit that God released to all men. This become the ultimate reason why our family; the family of Christ exist on earth(2 Corinthians 5:14-15).

PRAYER OF SALVATION FOR THE UNSAVED.

For the unsaved, see what 1 John 5:12 says "He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life." To have life and be among the living, accept God's love and be saved right now, by declaring these words from Romans 10:9-10: Jesus Christ, I believe in my heart that you died to save me from sin and its consequences. I believe God raised you from the dead for my justification. Now, I declare that you’re my Lord and Savior. Thank you Father, I am a new creation in Christ. Amen. With these words, you are now a son of God, righteous, and filled with the fullness of God. To grow in Christ and function in his victory, please search for a Church or a place of worship where they teach the doctrine of Christ alone.

PRAYER:

In the name of Jesus Christ, thank you Father; I’m a member of the ever blessed family of Jesus Christ; I’m blessed, filled with the goodness of God. I’m born of God; I’m more than a conqueror. I’m healthy, strong and prosperous. The Holy Spirit(Christ in me) is at work in me, giving me the desire and power to do what pleases God. With him and in him, I’m a success. The unsaved will receive Christ today, all around the world as they hear the glad tidings of His salvation. Believers are growing in grace and in the knowledge of Christ. Amen.
